Drawing from real-world experience working directly with seniors, families, and local communities, these presentations provide honest, compassionate, and practical education surrounding aging, caregiver burnout, levels of care, hospital and rehabilitation transitions, memory care, discharge planning, communication during family decision-making, and emotional adjustment after move-in.
